This program uses the Everything DISC Workplace Profile to enable participants to work more effectively to reduce tension, solve problems, and contribute positively to their organizations.

Best results are achieved when attended by in-tact teams. It will provide a common language about each person's communication and decision making style. A Team Report showing each participant's DISC style can be a resource after the workshop. The program can be customized based on your objectives and needs.
